1 cup (250ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)1 scoop Supernova natural protein powder ( or equivalent1 cup (40g) baby spinach leaves1 banana (large) frozen1 apple roughly chopped1⁄4 avocado1 tsp fresh ginger chopped or 1/4 tsp ground gingerA pinch of ground cinnamon4-6 ice cubes

Step by step guide

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender for 1-2 minutes until smooth.Transfer to a glass and serve(And that’s it – Yes, it really is that simple!)
